  2. I KEEP GETTING SMS’S IN CONNECTION WITH AN ACCOUNT FOR PRESUMABLY MRS. A.J. S. HANEKOM, YOUR REF. VCB8/292698 (MY MOTHER IN LAW). FROM A TEL.NR. 018X2971129, WHICH I HAVE PREVIOUSLY PHONED AND ASKED THEM TO RETURN MY CALL (082 730 8998). WILL SOMEONE IN YOUR ORGINISATION KINDLY CALL ME AS MRS. HANEKOM HAS NO IDEA OF WHAT YOU GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT. THANK YOU, ROY SCOTT

    I received an email stating the account will be handed over. I am paying this account and have made two payments over the last two months and will continue doing so every month untill the account is paid.

    MY QUESTION WHY AINT YOU YOU STATE THE DOCTOR I WENT TO INSTEAD OF GETTING A LETTER FROM PEOPLE I DONT EVEN KNOW ANDTHE NEXT THING WHEN I ASK, WHO IS THAT DOCTOR AND WHERE IS HE BASED WHO DON’T HAVE AN IDEA? I received an sms stating that my account has not been paid for when i know myself that it has because i have been paying the client direct and the account has been paid up in full since the 15/09/2011 is it not the debt collectors responsiblity to contact there client that they are representing to find out what the situation is because they are supposed to be connected direct to the system which reflects all payments being made please explain Reference no.VCB8959726

  8. I have settled my account on the 23/12/2011, but untill today my name is not cleared at the Credit Bureau I want to know why? my Ref No: is VCB 10662727, PLEASE ASSISST ME IS VERY URGENT IT AFFECTING MY POSITION AT WORK.

  9. I received a letter from Vericred on my e-mail stating that I owe an amount from years back. I do not even recall taking my child to this dr. I have emailed and asked for a copy of the account and have received no response. On the letter is states that I should phone the number at the top to make arrangements for payment but have been trying to reach this number with no success. I have now searched for another number on the internet and that too is not answered. It is not possible to deal with these people
