    I received an email stating the account will be handed over. I am paying this account and have made two payments over the last two months and will continue doing so every month untill the account is paid.

    I received an sms stating that my account has not been paid for when i know myself that it has because i have been paying the client direct and the account has been paid up in full since the 15/09/2011 is it not the debt collectors responsiblity to contact there client that they are representing to find out what the situation is because they are supposed to be connected direct to the system which reflects all payments being made please explain Reference no.VCB8959726

    I received a letter from Vericred on my e-mail stating that I owe an amount from years back. I do not even recall taking my child to this dr. I have emailed and asked for a copy of the account and have received no response. On the letter is states that I should phone the number at the top to make arrangements for payment but have been trying to reach this number with no success. I have now searched for another number on the internet and that too is not answered. It is not possible to deal with these people
